What are the Patient Voice Awards?

The Patient Voice Awards is a recognition programme that celebrates and honours healthcare providers who go above and beyond to prioritise patient experiences and place patient voices at the heart of their care. We are dedicated to acknowledging those who share our deep commitment to using patients' voices as a catalyst for positive change within the healthcare landscape. This annual programme is a testament to the significance of transparency, trust, and dedication of healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care and elevate the overall patient experience.

Why are we doing this?

We are confident that the Patient Voice Awards can significantly improve the healthcare industry by celebrating those who champion patient-centred care, trust, transparency and innovation.

Patients, more than ever, seek personalised care, and they should be the ones influencing improvements in the healthcare industry. By recognising those who effectively use patient feedback to drive positive changes, our mission is to inspire future generations of healthcare professionals to do the same. We want them to prioritise patient voices as the cornerstone behind their care, ensuring that every patient's experience is exceptional and that the patient remains at the heart of their practice.

  • Volume of reviews: An indication of the nominee's commitment to securing feedback from every patient they see.
  • Ratings: A measure of the overall patient satisfaction.
  • Recency of feedback: Highlights the nominee's dedication to continuous collection of current patient insights.
  • Replies to feedback: Demonstrates the nominee's proactive approach and responsiveness to patient feedback.
The length of the entry isn't what matters most; it's the quality we value. Our aim is to recognise providers who consistently prioritise patient feedback and demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality care, ensuring that their services are ever-evolving based on patient needs.
