What are the Patient Voice Awards?
The Patient Voice Awards is a recognition programme that celebrates and honours healthcare providers who go above and beyond to prioritise patient experiences and place patient voices at the heart of their care. We are dedicated to acknowledging those who share our deep commitment to using patients' voices as a catalyst for positive change within the healthcare landscape. This annual programme is a testament to the significance of transparency, trust, and dedication of healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care and elevate the overall patient experience.
Why are we doing this?
We are confident that the Patient Voice Awards can significantly improve the healthcare industry by celebrating those who champion patient-centred care, trust, transparency and innovation.
Patients, more than ever, seek personalised care, and they should be the ones influencing improvements in the healthcare industry. By recognising those who effectively use patient feedback to drive positive changes, our mission is to inspire future generations of healthcare professionals to do the same. We want them to prioritise patient voices as the cornerstone behind their care, ensuring that every patient's experience is exceptional and that the patient remains at the heart of their practice.
Who can participate?
Awards are open to all providers, regardless of whether they use Doctify to harness the power of patient feedback. Entries are welcome from various specialties, including medical, dental, allied health, social care, and digital healthcare solutions. The awards are open across:

This inclusivity allows healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds and locations to join in celebrating patient-centric excellence.
Is there a fee to enter?
No, there is no fee to enter the Patient Voice Awards. Participation is entirely free, making it accessible to healthcare providers who are dedicated to patient-centric care and utilising patient feedback to improve their services.
How long are the awards open for?
The Patient Voice Awards are open for submissions from October 31st to December 15th, 2023.
After the submission period ends, our internal awards committee will select the shortlist, and then the judges will determine the winners. The finalists will be announced end of January, with the winners revealed in early February 2024.
Can I submit multiple entries?
You are welcome to enter as many categories as you are eligible for. However, please note that you can only make one submission per category.
How are with winners selected?
Winners are determined through a two-step process. First, we evaluate all nominations to create a shortlist, which will then be shared with an independent panel of judges who will further deliberate to select the winners.
